I graduated in the class of 1955 Winter. I attended Glendale College and later Valley College. I was a carpenter for 12 years before joining the Los Angeles County Fire Department. I retired in 1997. My life was put on hold in 1961, when I was drafted into the U.S. Army. I spent the last 13 months in Korea.

On September 6, 1958 I married Marjorie Boisen (Class of 1957). We have 3 grown sons, Tom, Bob, and Mark. Tom and Bob are also on the L.A.Co. F.D.

Mark is a grip with the studios, but is on the F.D. list to start the academy soon. Bob is married to the "little girl across the street, Gina Dargenzio. They have two little girls, Juliana and Madelynn.

I am a member of the Magnolia Park Masonic Lodge. Marj is active with the La Providencia Guild of Childrens Hospital Los Angeles.

We both love water sports, dirt bike and off-road activities. We spend as much time as possible at other home in Lake Havasu City, AZ.
