Upon graduating from Burroughs I attended Valley College from which I received my AA Degree, and then went to San Fernando Valley State College ( Cal State Northridge) receiving my Bachelors Degree in Accounting in 1960.

After graduating from college, I enlisted in the Army where I attended Finance School and spent 21/2 years stationed at Fort Richardson in Anchorage, Alaska.

Soon after military service I got a job with the Auditor-Controller of Los Angeles County. My career with Los Angeles County spanned 29 years and I retired in 1992.

In 1964, 1 married my high school sweetheart, Judy Harvey who is a 1956 graduate of Bellarmine-Jefferson High School. We celebrated our 40'b anniversary in 2004 by cruising to Hawaii and back.

After spending all of our lives in Burbank, we moved to Lake Forest in 1999. We now reside in a senior community and keep very busy socially in our community and our church. We are very active in volunteer work and travel as much as we can.

We have three children, two boys and one girl and three grandchildren, two girls and one boy.
