Two days after graduation I married Jim Peterson and we're still married. After we got married we went to college and both got Bachelor's degrees. Jim worked for Pacific Bell for years and years. I worked at various jobs after the kids got older, ending up as a home/hospital teacher. We lived in San Gabriel, then Glendale until we moved to Washington state in 1996. We have a small tree farm and love living in the woods. There are lots of wild animals around and we have wonderful neighbors -- all younger than we are. We have 3 dogs and 3 cats who are very demanding, but entertaining.

And we're active in our church in Woodland.

Our two great children gave us six wonderful grandchildren, four of whom have graduated from college already. One is married and another is about to be. One is in college and one in high school. We are very blessed
