Most probably have read my bio, if you did some of this is rehash.

During the last two years of Hi School I dated two very lovely gals, Priscilla Mellies and Sandy Cramer. Both girls were grads in 56. Both were very eager to get married and have kids so I was forced to bail out on them I have always felt bad about it but I new at a young age I never wanted children as I thought the world was already over populated, and I think I was right, just look at it now and it's getting worse by the day.

After leaving Burroughs I went to work for Bendix Aviation in No. Hollywood where I worked for 2 years as a machinist. Since I had already been involved in bike racing for several years and was fooling around in bike shops (bicycle) I decided to work at that for a while and after a short period of time went into business for myself. I was in the bike business until 1969 when I moved to Mazatlan, Mex. During the years I was in the bike industry I took to sailing and had bought a 44' Ketch and moved on board in Marina Del Rey. Met my first wife in Mazatlan while on a sailing trip in 1964 and we married two years later. I went to dental school for 2 years and opened up my own dental lab in Mex. and along with chartering my boat I made a fairly good living. I sold my old wood vessel and bought a 36' fiberglass model so I didn't have to work on it all the time. I lived in Mex for the next 11 years and when I lost my wife in 1980 I moved back to the US Life in Mex was great, the hardest thing I ever had to do, while living in siesta land, was explaining to the family why my wife never got pregnant. They weren't very happy about it. While living here we did a lot of sailing, 3 1/2 years in the South Pacific and 14 months doing the Caribbean and Bahamas.

After returning to the US I moved to No. Calif where I started an organic farm and joined up with several farmers markets. I remarried again, another Valley gal, a big error this time as she hated the cold and wet of the northern part of the state and we soon split up. In 1962 I had dated and lived with a real nice gal in the Valley but she wasn't physically able to do any sailing and also wanted to have a home and kids so we split up and I sailed off into the blue. I ran into her in Morro Bay in 1990, she was divorced, had had her kids and they were all gone now so we rejoined up and were married in 1992. She sold here home in Morro Bay and move up to the Eureka area with me. She retired from the State Dept. of Corrections in 1999 and we moved here to Florida. Retired life is great! I ride my bike almost everyday, go on long bike tours almost every year and everyday that the skies are in a kind mood, I take to the wild blue in my Hang Glider. No longer have a boat but what the hell. We live 45 miles N/W of Orlando in the town of Leesburg, anyone wanting to take a vacation here in this area, you have a place to stay, a car to use while you're here and we will show y'all a great time. Y'all are welcome, just not everyone at the same time. HA Best time of the year to come is Nov thru May. Give is a call we would love to see some of you sometime.
